For my Grandma Anne's anniversary, my mom hosted a tea party with her two daughters. My Grandma loves pink. Her entire house is pink, the walls, the carpet, the furniture. It glows pink. So with some pink sugar from Madonna Inn and some pink floral notes, my mom set up a beautiful little tea.

We babysat our cousin James yesterday. He got to meet the kitties too. And attempted to pick them up. That part didn't work out too well for him, though.
We went a lot of places in Utah. We visited my cousins' new apartment, which we painted pink, we went to Antelope Valley in Arizona, my cousins' cabin, and a pretty snazzy motel. Here's a little taste of each.
My fabulous cousins have a fabulous cabin in Utah with no electricity (save solar dimmers) & no running water. Indoor camping at its best! While we were in Utah we also got to paint my cousin's new house PINK! And I'm talking the inside. That was exciting. I'm pretty jelly. Along with our ATV rides, painting expeditions and sheep chasing, we went on a MIDNIGHT HIKE. THROUGH THE WOODS. It was wonderful. The only kind of hiking, I've decided, that I even remotely enjoy. Unfortunately for me, my handy dandy camera is not night-time high tech, even though the moon was so full and bright you could see everything around you. Everything except the bodies belonging to the yellow peeking eyes. Just kidding! Didn't see any scary animals. All in all, it was a great trip.
